GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable university preferably in Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering or other related fields,
  • At least 3 years CRM and campaign management experience,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Expertise in CRM platforms such as MS Dynamics, SAS, Python etc…
  • Hands-on experience with real-time marketing automation, dynamic segmentation and AI-driven personalization,
  • Manage omni-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs,
  • Team work orientation and skilled in working with cross-functions,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Execute CRM campaign strategy (plan, setup, launch, analyze) and improve to meet marketing needs,
  • Develop omnichannel and personalised CRM campaigns in coordination with related departments,
  • Create real-time customer data to deliver personalized offers, dynamic promotions, and triggered campaigns,
  • Create 3rd Party campaigns and lead brand partnership process,
  • Track and execute CRM communication plan (SMS, E-mailing, push etc),
  • Analyze campaign results and consumer behaviors to improve campaign results,
  • Create new campaign ideas according to customer insights.
