Gratis is a chain of personal care and cosmetics stores established under Sedes Holding in 2009. Being the leader in its sector with the most extensive store network, Gratis serves its customers with over 700 stores in more than 81 provinces as of 2023. With the motto "Take Care of Yourself Beautifully" Gratis has been providing services in the personal care sector for 15 years, bringing together over 15,000 products in 15 different categories, including leading global brands, ranging from makeup to baby care, from cleaning products to hygiene, and from home essentials to snacks.

Gratis prioritizes offering innovative services alongside its rich product range. In 2017, it opened its first Beauty store to provide personal care services. As of 2023, Beauty centers, which have surpassed 55 stores in 12 provinces, offer personal care services of the same quality and standards nationwide. Additionally, Gratis established the Beauty Academy in 2022 to contribute qualified personnel to the sector. Women experts who receive training at the Beauty Academy provide services at Beauty centers after completing their education in areas such as manicure, pedicure, permanent nail polish, nail art, eyebrow, and hair shaping.

 

By tracking customer consumption behaviors, Gratis initiated the era of online shopping by launching its e-commerce site in 2019, offering customers a 24/7 open store experience and personalized offers via the gratis.com platform. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Design or related field,
  • A minimum of 3 years experience designing responsive websites and apps,
  • Fluency in spoken and written English,
  • Attention to detail, having a strategic and analytical perspective,
  • Suitable for teamwork, well-developed planning,organization and coordination skills,
  • Responsible, creative and flexible,
  • The position is based in Istanbul.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • In order to improve the experience of online store customers; analyzing the problems in the customer experience, producing solutions and making the designs,
  • Design web pages and app,
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin,
  • Making wireframes and prototypes of products and services,
  • Monitoring performance with A/B tests and taking necessary actions for optimization,
  • To follow user actions and improvements with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Data Studio etc.,
  • The follow the traffic rates on the website and mobile app and take action,
  • Working collaborativeliy with relevant departmens.
